3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777hs login credentials. You agree to: (a) use a strong, unique password; (b) enable SMS two-factor authentication (2FA) where available; (c) not share your credentials with any third party; and (d) notify 777hs immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.3 Account Liability. Any activity occurring through your 777hs account — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was initiated by you or by an unauthorized third party who gained access through your negligence.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are typically processed within 30 minutes. 4.4 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no minimum withdrawal amount for e-wallet cashouts. Bank transfer withdrawals may be subject to minimum amounts set by the receiving institution.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. All transactions on 777hs are subject to PAGCOR's anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. 777hs is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Players may be required to provide proof of source of funds for large transactions.

6.3 777hs reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines that a player has abused or attempted to abuse a promotion, including through the use of automated betting strategies, coordinated play, or the creation of multiple accounts.
6.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered account holder to whom they were issued.

10.2 777hs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the platform; (b) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game; (c) unauthorized access to or alteration of your account data; or (d) any loss of gaming opportunities due to technical malfunction or connectivity issues.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits 777hs's liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (b) death or personal injury caused by 777hs's negligence; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 777hs may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) 777hs is required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent authority; (c) your account is identified as being involved in fraudulent, criminal, or AML-related activity; or (d) your account has been inactive for more than twelve (12) consecutive months.
11.2 Upon termination for cause, all pending bonuses and promotional balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances — i.e., funds deposited by the player that have not been subject to bonus conditions — will be returned subject to the completion of applicable KYC and AML verification.
11.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting 777hs support. Account closure requests are typically processed within three (3) business days.
